fantastic stay
helpful staff spacious room great location
The staff were helpful, especially gabriel jang at reception. the room was spacious and very clean. the location is great. It is near the metro station. the hotel also offers easy access to major attractions (a real plus!).
the rooftop bar has a minimum spend of €50 per person. (it's a bit steep).

there are many food and drink options. the hotel offers breakfast for $35, should you want to start your day with a large meal. i saw a figlia restaurant and an umami restaurant available as options.

the hotel has an excellent location near a train station. there are also many restaurants nearby to explore. a shopping mall is just around the corner, very convenient. i noticed taxis always available outside too.

The location is great for seeing the sites. It is close to the train station and buses (very convenient). The rooms are very clean and up to date.
I had to pay a deposit of €100 per night! I did not see that information when I booked. The rooftop bar is overrated and expensive. It did not seem worth it (even for a quick drink).

inconsistent stay
disinterested staff crusty rooms
the location proved convenient, with easy access to transportation and nearby cafes.
The staff seemed disinterested. Hallway encounters lacked basic courtesy such as a simple 'bonjour'. rooms felt old and crusty. the tech features weren't fully functional. I had to unplug the tablet to silence persistent beeping. the room didn't feel worth the price, i was disappointed.
